Spanish Treachery...

The Spanish Navy has parked transports filled with French troops off the Black Sea port of Sevastpol. The Russian Imperial Court demands and answer to this crime where a neutral state to Russia carries troops of war to the coast of sovereign Russian soil. A horrible example of what was once an honorable people.
