NWOL-3 Diplomatic Record
This forum is the repository of all player diplomatic announcements, treaties, alliances, pre-turn notiifcations, declarations and other player actions required by the rules of Revolution and Reaction (RAR). This site is a modification of RAR Rule 1.2, Posting of Public Treaties to the Diplomatic Record (see instructions below).
    The revised procedures are the Foreign Minister who authors the document and is required to post it per RAR Rule 1.2 will now post all treaties/alliances/declarations to this version of Diplomatic Record via the following:
  • The "treaty/alliance/declaration or other document" author will navigate to URL - http://www.holf.org/guild/drupal1/forum/41 and click Post new Forum topic
  • In the Forum Topic subject line he will list the treaty (e.g., Treaty of Ontario, 1791) by a unique name and game year the agreement is to be ratified. (game year annotation can be adjusted if necessary after ratification)
  • In the Body of the Forum Topic will be the text of the treaty/diplomatic actions (as listed in RAR Rules paragraph 1, 2, & 3)
  • Endorsements of the treaty/alliance/declaration are executed by the use of the Comment utility for the Forum Topic entry.
  • The Game Adminstrator (GA) will post a Comment entry once the diplomatic is ratified or meets its required date/time deadline.
  • Any diplomatic actions that fails to meet its ratification or endorsement requirement will be removed from the Diplomatic Record by the GA. All authors of postings acted on by the GA will receive a confirmation email from the GA once action is taken.
This Diplomatic Record is not for the posting of secret treaties. Secret treaties are handled via email to the GA at nwol3@holf.org
