We have just received reports that the Elector of Palatine, Ian McDonnell, appeared before a huge crowd in Mannheim today wearing a red, white and blue cockade in his hat. McDonnell made a short speech praising the virtues of Liberty, Equality, Brotherhood and French bordellos. When asked if this meant that French bordellos would soon open in Mannheim and Heidelberg, McDonnell replied cryptically, "They'd have to bring their own groceries."
