Sachsen Electorate deactivates alliance with Hesse
After learning that the Duke of Hesse has agreed to allow French troops to pass through Hessian lands, it is the decision of the Sachsen government to end the alliance with Hesse.

Bavaria deactivates alliance with Hesse
It is increasingly clear the the Nuernberg alliance has ceased to exist. Bavaria considers itself free of any obligations under that treaty.
As such we are deactivating our alliance with Hesse.

Hessian Neutrality
With military actions occuring on the very borders of Hesse ther has recently occured a transgretion of our borders.
Hesse is neither unreasonable, nor foolish and understand that such occurances happen. After our representatives spoke to the commanders of both forces we are satisfied that the cavalrymen mearly lost track of their position in their zeal and that no transgretion was intended.
Their presence has, however, led some in Europe with less level heads to assume this means the entry of Hessian support in the current conflict. We wish to reitterate our position of Neutrality.
Hesse remains committed to our neutral stance, and takes no side in this conflict, wishing no more then its bloodless and timely end. We appreciate the statements of our friends in Saxony and given our ongoing stance of neutrality should any nation take this incident as a reason to force our involvement they will have shown their true character and intentions.
Hesse Neutrality
The Holy Roman Empire will honor Hessian neutrality and will support Hesse should that neutrality be violated by other nations.

As the war between France and a Coalition continues to expand, the Sachsen government would like to reaffirm the our commitment to the alliance with Bavaria and Hesse. We will respect a decision by Hesse and/or Bavaria to remain neutral and will condemn any attempt to force by any foreign power to force either to join the conflict. Any attack on Bavaria or Hesse or violation of their borders, will be considered an act of war against the Sachsen state as well.

French violation of Hessian borders
We have discovered that French cavalry have crossed into Hessian territory. If this cavalry retreated into Hessian territory by mistake, we demand that they either leave Hessian lands immediately or surrender to Hessians. If French units continue to hide in neutral territory, we will be forced to pursue them.
