The nations of Prussia, Berg, Great Britain, Denmark and Russia agree to the following Treaty of Tilsit and an immediate peace.
I. Prussia will cede Bialystok and Tilsit and all lands to the East of
the border of J3 and J4 to Russia.
II. Warsaw will continue to operate under the Prussian government,
but half of the revenue generated from the city will be sent to Russia
for a period of two war seasons.
III. A one year treaty of peace will exist between Prussia and Russia.
IV. Prussia will pay Russia 400 CR over a period of four years.
V. A commission will be established to oversee the formation of the
nation of Poland. This commission will have representatives from
Russia, Prussia, and Great Britain. The Polish state should be
established no later then 10 years from the signing of this treaty.
