One cast came off last Tuesday - the other on Friday morning. The left arm (which was freed last Tuesday) is pretty much back to normal use, though not ready for athletics yet. The right arm is still pretty stiff but no more than expected, and seems to be making acceptable progress. There will be a few weeks of therapy but the prognosis is good. I can start playing Frisbee again next month, assuming I grow no wiser between now and then.
I will shortly rejoin the game - I may not reappear in Sachsen but may cover a gap in the lineup somewhere else, since it seems quite apparent from the last seven weeks that Mark Cole has things well under control there. I'm in discussions with John Sanders about placement and I expect a formal announcement from him or from me pretty shortly.
I will probably also be running at least a few turns later this month to cover for a hole in John's schedule. More news on that later on.

WRISTS
Sure must be nice to get those casts off. I should think it was very very cumbersome.
Glad to see you are coming along just great.

Welcome Back!
Awesome news Steve!
Life must have been pretty weird with the casts; all those small things (like typing, eating, drinking, etc.) that you take for granted become pains in the ass. Good to have to you back at close-to-full mobility.

Good news
Well, all good news, we are glad you are back. What will you do with that new skill " typing with your fore-head" ? (just kiddin)
