As of 21 February, there are 22 Guild members and new St Cyr graduates signed up to play in the 2009 Spring Games. In the original design, there was a minimum of 26 positions identified for the Games distributed among the three scenarios:

• 6 - Scenarion A (Battle for Northern Italy)
• 10 - Scenario B (the Great Northern War)
• 10 - Scenario C (the Spanish Main)

As stated above, there are 22 players signed for the Games as of tonight (21 Feb):

• 7 - Scenario A
• 8 - Scenario B
• 6 - Scenario C

There are still 2 Novices who have yet to sign-up for the Games (Scenario A); and, 3 Veterans who not signed up for the Games (Scenario C (as promised in separate communications)

It is asked that all of you who intend to play in the Games get your registrations in (though the original announcement stated you had until 26 Feb). This will enable the database to be fully populated and to aid the GA in the distribution of the 4 players who indicated they are willing to be assigned anywhere in Scenarios B & C.

The database for Scenario A is complete. Once the two missing Novices are accounted for - the game preparation will begin (NOTE: because Scenario A is being played by Novices extra time is being allocated for their preparation)
