HOLF Players' Guild Forum

The HOLF Players Guild is embarking on a number of Summer projects beginning in June of 2010. As always, volunteers are welcome to help Administrators out on these tasks (email HOLFregistrar@gmail.com if interested). This Summer we will:

1. Begin the process of compiling and constructing the HOLF Players Guild "player pages" that will fully document the HOLF gaming experience for our members. If the Guild Registrar or another volunteer contacts you about information related to your HOLF/NWOL/CWOL career, please be sure to help them out by giving them (or verifying existing) information that is necessary.

2. In addition, a new Guild Registry Application (2.0) will be posted before June 1. If a member has not already completed the original Guild Registry Application, they should complete this new (more detailed) version instead. Other members who have completed the Guild Registry Application are not required but are encouraged to fill out the newer version of the Guild Registry Application (GRA 2.0). In addition, players Guild member profile information will be slightly altered in order to avoid duplication with GRA 2.0 information

3. Player Honors & Awards will be updated and awarded up through the end of NWOL3 in the next couple of weeks. All members should contribute to award nomination discussions and decisions when prompted by Guild Administrators on this site or via email.

4. Forum Instructions, Registrar's Notes, a FAQ, and other site navigation tools will be created, altered, or revised completely to facilitate member use of the HOLF Players Guild.

5. We are currently attempting to identify how to improve our HOLF Players Guild experience and in doing so are looking at the Drupal forum format to see if any improvements can be made to the Drupal setup. Updates to follow.
