Weather option

So I saw that "Weather" is now an option on this web site, and I typed "Austerlitz" hoping it would tell me that it was sunny - but it got no result. I think this is a bug.

Damn, I thought it meant that weather would be introduced into NWOL (I mean, other than the wind in PATE).
Seriously, now:
For winter campaign...reduce strategic movement by a square, make foraging impossible, increase desertion (to reflect losses to exposure).
For fall campaign...greatly increase (triple?) the likelihood of successful foraging. This is, after all, THE season for campaigning.
Spring and summer can probably stay the norm...I don't think that summertime in Europe is that oppressive to warrant any increase in losses due to attrition (desertion).
