The Black Legion is most thankful for the picture taken of our troops. We look forward to the opportunity to take on your great team of players. No other team has managed to stop you and we would like to end your string of success. We shall see if our mixture of experienced and novice players can compete with the likes of your team. We wish you well in the short time we have before we line up against you.
Due to RL commitments both Roger and John were unavailable for this round giving our novice commanders yet another opportunity to prove their worth on the NWOL battlefield. As what the samhill is going on was so kind to point out, the Black Legion was in need of some new recruits. In the short training time, it apears they at least learned how to read a map as most of them made it pretty close to the White Castle Burger guys home city. The map almost looks as if it flip flopped. Quite interesting. Look forward to the next turn.
The undermanned Black Legion is doing it's best to train and develop a new group of NWOL players. We presently have been offered the opportunity to take on the White Castle Burger Guys and they are doing their best to teach our novices much about battle in the NWOL world. We wanted to thank you for the continuing lesson. It appears that we both have the chance to capture the other's city next turn. A well fought battle rages, thank you for that.
We were unable to overcome your 15,000 men advantage or the skill of your players. Well done White Team. It was an honor to do battle against you. Congrats on winning the tournament.
You all came up with a very aggressive opening move. With my teams permission now that tournament is over, would like to exchange notes on moves 2 and 3. It was a close thing and we had to avoid mistakes. Well played back at you. Learned a lot from your opening attack and our experienced players reaction.

Learning
We all are in this to learn and become more proficient at NWOL. I would enjoy the opportunity to learn from the battle that was just fought.
