I was wondering if there has been any progress with thr reconstruction of CWOL ( Mal Grey)?

Clarification

The proposed software suite developed by Mal Gray was not Civil War OnLine (CWOL). It was titled War Between the States (WBTS) and was an attempt to develop a new software suite to replace the outdated SAS / GQ / CPAG software that was used to run CWOL III through CWOL VII.

Development of WBTS failed. WBTS does not work with sufficient reliblity to be used by HOLF.

Mal Gray has moved on to other important activities and any hope to use portions of WBTS is not realistic. Any potential that WBTS had to be the CWOL software engine is gone.

Other alternatives are now being used as the software driver for CWOL. Do not confuse the event with the software.
