The Congress of the Confederate States is meeting at this hour to discuss the entry of Maryland and Pennsylvania to the Confederate States of America.

It is proclaimed that the Kingdom of Prussia and Duchy of Berg will be at peace with the Kingdom of Sweden. No VPs, crowns, or territories will be exchanged.

The Foreign Minister of Prussia and Berg agrees to the treaty.

ln battles in Northeastern Russia, Wuerttemberger forces battled Russian troops inside and around the outskirts of Riga. The Mainz Royal Horse Guards forever distinguished itself in the battle outlined below:

T12 has been run and you should all have received results. T13 is tentatively scheduled for MONDAY (May 13th) at 9 PM Eastern. All DOWs requiring 48-hours notice will be due by Saturday at 9PM in order to be in effect for T13.
