Foreign MP purchase orders can be submitted by a state's Treasury Secretary, or by its President or Vice-President. Enter the number of MPs to purchase. The cost is 2 gold Eg (or the equivalent in greenbacks) per MP purchased.
If you send multiple MP purchase orders for one turn, only the last one will be used. If you send an order for 500 MPs and realize you need another 200, then send a new order for 700. Or if you realize you only need 300, send another order for only 300.
