Player Registration for the HOLF Silver Anniversary Tournament

This web form is for Player's Guild members and any interested person who wishes to register as a player to participate in the CY 2026 Silver Anniversary Tournament of the Historical Online Learning Foundation (HOLF). Please provide the requested information. It will be kept confidential and not released by HOLF to any outside agency or business.
(Bear in mind that the tournament will encompass 5 different scenarios across the four HOLF game enegines, NWOL/ AMWOL/ CWOL/ EUWOL, so your position/ role in the team structure may shift during the tournament)

List your first name as listed with the Players Guild.

List your last name as listed with the Players Guild.

List any Game Name you wish to use during the scenarios offered as part of the tournament. This name can be altered upon request for a subsequent scenario in the tournament. Use of a Game Name is optional.

Enter the email address of the account you wish to use to receive all game event turn reports/ maps/ & updates. This will also be the email address distributed to your team mates for coordination & correspondence.

List the password you wish to use to verify all orders submitted to the game engine. This item is confidential.

Select all roles that you are willing to assume within the structure of your player team & scenario task organization (not all listed roles will be offered in each scenario).

List any special circumstances/considerations that may impact your participation (vacations/ medical procedures/ unique time zone location/ Internet access limitations)
